In 2008, I began writing a monthly column for the What’s On and Where to Go Magazine, which is distributed free of charge on the Atherton Tablelands and has a readership of about 3000. My hope was that by offering bite-sized tidbits of information on how we can live better, interested people might begin making small improvements in their daily lives. Of course, magazines only have a short life, so I have re-printed the columns here in the hope that they may be useful for others over time. I hope you enjoy them.
