Number 3: Do it!

Being positive and having goals, are both necessary to getting what you want, but the next two steps are just as important, if not more so.  There is no point to having goals if you don’t make a start at it.  You can’t be a gunnado and get things done.

Remember, you don’t have to do things perfectly, that can be a distraction from making a start.  All you have to do is begin.  If you think the first step is too hard, break it down into smaller steps.
