The Sleep Skills CD is aimed at helping people systematically relax their mind and their body so they can fall asleep. It is only available through Clearwater Centre for Health and Wellbeing.
The Sleep Skills CD is only $20, including GST, plus postage and handling. It includes 3 tracks that build your own sleep relaxation skills. In addition, there is a bonus mindfulness track.
